Just a few pics of the inside with the watercooler mounted. The CPU enclosure is Michiels idea, and it works great! No need for clamps, just put the CPU with insulation inside and put on the lid:

Notice the white cord in the picture below. That's the one from the thermometer, and the probe is mounted inside the coldplate. The gray CPU enclosure is a project box for electronics. After this picture was taken, I've also mounted hose clamps to further leak proof the cooler construction.
