Here's how I started out: The MDF base and gluing the section-divider onto it. They were also fastened with some screws:

Below you see most of the tools I've used, the back-plane with cut outs for the power supply, motherboard, a 4,5" fan and the Timebeat album "The long year" released in 1990. The CD was used as a template for cutting the hole for the fan by the way...

Next picture show how I glued the back to the rest of the case. No screws used here, just make sure you make a really good joint here. Remove any excess glue with a moistured cloth:
