(Taipei, Taiwan — May 13, 2003) Shuttle Inc, a leading provider of small form-factor (SFF) computers and mainboards, has announced four new value-laden mainboards based on the NVIDIA® nForce™2 Ultra 400 + MCP and nForce™ 2 400 + MCP chipsets. Designed to present a full palette of value points for performance mainboard buyers, Shuttle’s AN35 series mainboards deliver excellent overclocking
features and a high-level of component/feature integration.

“Our AN35 series was designed to give performance mainboard buyers a full range of choices,” said Winnie Yuan, product manager at Shuttle. “We’ve built-in CPU multiplier, Vcore and memory overclocking, and all of these features are easily accessible and adjustable via BIOS.”

The ATX AN35 series includes four models:
- AN35N Ultra — nForce2 Ultra + MCP w/ LAN
- AN35 Ultra — nForce2 Ultra + MCP
- AN35N 400 — nForce2 + MCP w/ LAN
- AN35 400 — nForce2 + MCP

CPU support: All 200/266/333/400 MHz FSB AMD AthlonXP/Athlon/Duron CPUs.
Chipsets: AN35(N) Ultra — nForce2 Ultra 400 + MCP w/Hyper Transport; AN35(N) 400 — nForce2 400 + MCP w/ Hyper Transport.
Memory: AN35(N) Ultra — (3) 184-pin Dual-channel 200/266/333/400 DDR slots (3GB max); AN35(N) 400 — (3) 184-pin single-channel 266/333/400 DDR slots (3GB max).
Video: 8X AGP (AGP 3.0 compliant).
Audio: 6-channel (Realtek ALC650).
IDE: (2) ATA133 ports, up to (4) devices.
Ethernet: (1) 10/100 Mbps LAN port (MCP, Realtek 8201BL phy; AN35NUltra, AN35N-400 only).
USB 2.0: (6) USB 2.0 ports via (1) high-speed EHCI controller (MCP)
Legacy ports: (2) serial; (1) PS/2 keyboard, (1) PS/2 mouse; (1) line-in, (1) line-out, (1) mic; (1) game/midi, (1) Parallel port.
Expansion slots: (5) 32-bit PCI slots
Form factor: ATX (305mm x 244m)
Notes: Models that include the “N” designation ship with on-board 10/100 LAN.

AN35(N) Ultra (128-bit) models offer 400MHz FSB CPU and dual-channel PC3200 memory support.

AN35(N) 400 (64-bit) models ship with 400MHz FSB CPU support and single-channel PC3200 memory support.

All four models feature 8X AGP, 6-channel audio, ATA133 device support, (6) USB 2.0 ports and (5) 32- bit PCI slots, as well as BIOS adjustable Vcore, clock multiplier and memory overclocking.
